Zeynep Kuran completed her undergraduate and postgraduate studies at Kadir Has University Faculty of Law. She obtained her master’s degree with a full scholarship in private law, focusing on corporate law, and thereby advanced her academic expertise in this field. Additionally, through her training in Corporate Finance Law at the London School of Economics, she acquired advanced knowledge and skills in blockchain technologies, the management of financial structures, and public disclosure regulations in Europe.
As a managing partner of Inter-Case Law Firm, Kuran specializes in Mergers & Acquisitions, Company Law & Consultancy, Private Equity, Banking and Finance Law, Information Technology and, Intellectual Property and Data Law and Capital Markets. She provides strategic legal consultancy to domestic and international clients operating in various sectors in the fields of Company Law and Commercial Law.
Her areas of expertise include the legal management of corporate mergers and acquisitions, the drafting and evaluation of international commercial agreements and corporate restructuring. Additionally, she offers comprehensive consultancy services on the protection and management of intellectual property rights, the establishment of the legal infrastructure of digital platforms, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
